If we run out of any advertised item during a sale, or should an item not arrive due to production or transportation problems, we will reorder for you at the sale price or offer you a better item at the advertised price. This does not apply to clearance and closeout sales. Some items not in stock are available by special order.

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but if a mistake does occur we reserve the right to correct it. You may return your purchase within 10 days or exchange within 30 days,  of original purchase date, except closeout, altered, sized, special order, and custom made jewelry. The original receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.

A $15 UPS shipping charge is applied to all orders. Joe Daiches jewelers does not offer Saturday delivery at this time. On orders  please allow 10-14 business days before the order is transferred to the shipping department. At this time, Joe Daiches Jewelers can only ship to verified billing address for the security of our customers and product.
